Scarf of the Month CAL 2023

What is the Scarf of the Month CAL?

Crocheted scarves, pocket scarves, hooded scarves and cowls make great gifts and they are perfect for crocheting all year long! For the past 8 years Oombawka Design Crochet and The Stitchin’ Mommy have been cohosting an Annual Scarf of the Month Club CAL. This year I was invited to join both the Scarf CAL, and as you’ll see next week, the Hat CAL!

How To Join the Scarf of the Month CAL?

With 36 different designs available this year, you will be able to find exactly what you need for your gifting or charitable needs. All of these patterns will be forever free on our blogs and for our CAL participants, the premium PDF will be available for FREE for a limited time.

Super Soft Super Saver?!

We’re all familiar with Red Heart Super Saver – but you might not yet have had the chance to try Red Heart Super Saver Brushed. This yarn shares a name and fiber content, as well as a great skein size and easy care with the original. But the feel is very different! Brushed features a soft halo, creating a soft and fuzzy fabric that is extra cozy.

Of course, you can use regular Red Heart Super Saver or your favorite medium-weight yarn to make the Ribbon Run Scarf – and the matching hat that will debut next week!
