Afghan Square Free Crochet Patterns

Squares are one of my favorite things to crochet, because they are the most versatile. You can leave them as they are, or use them separately – it will be a good idea for all possible kinds of table decorations.

You can repeat the pattern and make a big blanket, or make each square different and create a patchwork design. There are just so many options, so be sure to try some out! Sometimes you can work one square and see where the imagination leads you. Take a look at examples below to check the current trends and search for links to free patterns under the pictures.
